Repairs and Field Services: Our Dallas service depot is the largest independently-operated radio repair facility in North America. BearCom has extensive factory and industry training and can repair two-way radio equipment from most major radio manufacturers, including Motorola Solutions, Icom America, Kenwood, and Vertex Standard. Typically, we turn repair jobs in 72 hours or less.
Service Level Agreements: Service Level Agreements (SLAs) reduce equipment downtime and the unexpected repair expenses associated with communication system outages. If your two-way radio network is integral to your organization’s operations, it makes sense to put a fixed price plan in place to keep this important system up-and-running when it’s needed most.
