AlwaysOn Alerts™ is a proprietary technology from BearCom that sends voice alerts from any analytic event to ANY two-way radio system (digital, analog, conventional or trunked). AlwaysOn Alerts can be customized by individual events with a pre-defined voice description. The analytic event’s voice description is transmitted over the two-way radio to a designated talk-group or to multiple channels, ensuring prompt audible notification to key personnel. AlwaysOn Alerts can be programmed to include different alert tones or key phrases, allowing personnel to immediately recognize the nature and severity of the alert without having to read the information.
AlwaysOn Artificial Intelligence™ This proprietary technology from BearCom allows devices within a technology stack to access a voice two-way radio system as a Human Machine Interface (HMI). This gives a voice to the machines, cameras and co-bots that work beside humans in everyday enterprise environments, using the same tools for communication that are already in place in the work environment today. AlwaysOn Record & Transcribe™ This proprietary technology from BearCom records radio traffic, converting words into text to store in a simple file. With real-time conversations in a text format, data can be analyzed to look for key words or patterns.
AlwaysOn Voice Assistant™ is a proprietary technology from BearCom that combines Push-to-Talk radio with voice recognition and control or other artificial intelligence (AI) access. By combining these technologies, it is possible to access any information on the internet using just a person's voice and the radio or to control smart devices remotely.

AlwaysOn QR Connect™ is a proprietary technology from BearCom that connects a user to a helpline by scanning a QR code. By replacing costly, bulky, and stationary callboxes, AlwaysOn QR Connect can transmit voice, text, video, graphic, or haptic “help” communications wirelessly to a dispatcher, opening a line of critical communication. AlwaysOn QR Connect enables two-way communications in locations where a person needs help, including stores (e.g., for customer service), parks, remote locations (e.g., for emergency help), and many more.
