Experience: Prior to joining BearCom, Ofer built a distinguished 25 year career in the telecommunications industry, including 17 years in Vice President of Operations leadership roles. Most recently, as Group Vice President of Operations at Mavenir, he led Americas Operations delivery, Customer success, and Business Operations and PMO, accountable for large scale execution and customer outcomes across Tier-1 operators including Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. Ofer drove operational excellence by standardizing a single delivery playbook across global teams, aligning tools and methodologies, optimizing end to end processes, and supporting more than $500M in revenue objectives. He was recognized with Mavenir’s Pinnacle Award for exceeding performance objectives.
