Melanie Hance

Experience: Melanie joined the BearCom Canada Team in 2018 and serves as an integral part of Financial and Message Centre operations Canada-wide. Prior to BearCom’s acquisition of Spectrum Communications in the summer of 2018, Melanie had served as Spectrum’s Financial Controller and Message Centre Manager since 1998. In addition to Canada Finance, BearCom’s Woodstock, Hamilton, and Cornwall’s Message Centres currently fall under her wide umbrella. Throughout her tenure, Melanie has steadfastly continued to develop professional skills and industry expertise through coaching clinics and conferences with Canadian Call Management Association (CAMX) and National Amtelco Equipment Owners (NAEO).

Education: Melanie is a graduate of Fanshawe College and holds degrees in Business and Accounting.

AlwaysOn Facts: Melanie enjoys exploring new places and taking in all the history, food and culture each new place has to offer. In her spare time, you will find her with family and friends, on a golf course trying to lower that handicap, on a baseball diamond or out hiking and exploring with her dog, Audi.
