Experience: Julio Rodriguez is Vice President of Security Solutions at BearCom, where he leads the growth and execution of the company’s enterprise physical security strategy across the United States and Canada. With full P&L responsibility, Julio oversees the go-to-market integration of the Motorola Solutions security ecosystem—including video security, access control, and analytics—into BearCom’s national customer base, advancing the company’s “Solving for Safer” mission. 

Julio brings more than 25 years of experience in security integration, enterprise sales leadership, and channel strategy. Prior to joining BearCom, he spent seven years at Motorola Solutions in progressively senior leadership roles, partnering closely with BearCom and other top strategic partners to drive ecosystem adoption, lead complex organizational transformations, and deliver sustained revenue growth across Avigilon and Pelco portfolios. 

Known for aligning technology, partnerships, and operations at scale, Julio focuses on building elite teams and delivering integrated, outcome driven solutions for enterprise and public sector customers.
