Experience: Juliet Clark brings over a decade of leadership experience in Environmental Health and Safety to her role as Director of EHS at BearCom. She is responsible for leading BearCom’s safety strategy across its nationwide operations, ensuring a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement that protects both people and processes. Before joining BearCom, Juliet served as a Site EHS Manager at Amazon in Dallas, TX, where her leadership helped the site achieve the lowest Recordable Injury Rate in its business unit for two consecutive years. Prior to that, she spent nine years with Burlington Stores as Corporate Safety Manager in Burlington, NJ, where she developed and implemented a company-wide safety program across corporate offices, retail locations, and distribution centers.
