Experience: Prior to his current role at Bearcom, Eddie served as the VP of Operations, Distribution and Logistics at National Carwash Solutions, where he was accountable for a vast network of manufacturing plants and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. He led strategic initiatives driving cost savings, enhancing customer experience and right sizing inventory. He is a champion of process optimization, leading successful ERP and WMS launches and implementing strategic S&OP processes including several M&A integrations. A decorated U.S. Navy combat pilot and veteran of Amazon, Eddie brings an eclectic mix of leadership in operations and has a proven track record of transforming complex, multi-site distribution and logistics networks.
