Experience: Dan is a senior sales and operations leader with over 30 years of experience driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading regional operations across security technology and enterprise solutions. He brings deep expertise in video management systems (VMS), integrated security platforms, and enterprise client engagement. 

Most recently, Dan served as General Manager at Stone Security in California, where he led statewide operations, streamlined sales and operational processes, and secured enterprise clients including Viasat, SDUSD, and Neurocrine Biosciences. Prior to that, he spent over six years as a Channel Business Manager at Milestone Systems in San Diego, growing the regional channel partner ecosystem and driving enterprise adoption of VMS platforms — closing landmark deployments at Resorts World Las Vegas, Allegiant Stadium, Harry Reid International Airport, and the Las Vegas Convention Center. He was also recognized as a 2022 ROIFI Award recipient at Milestone Systems.
