Experience: Charla Crochet is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at BearCom, where she has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation since joining the company in 2019. Initially brought on board as the Director of Industrial Channels, Charla leveraged her nearly 20-year career in the Industrial Petrochem sector to solidify BearCom's leadership in the industrial market. Her exceptional leadership and strategic vision led to her promotion to Vice President of Rental Solutions in 2020, and later to Vice President of the South Region and Event/Industrial Solutions in 2022. In these roles, Charla guided her high-performance teams to record-breaking achievements, laying a robust foundation for BearCom's future success.

Before her tenure at BearCom, Charla spent over 15 years at BakerCorp, where she held various roles, culminating in her promotion to Vice President of US Sales. In this capacity, she led the US commercial field team, driving over $200 million in annual revenue.
