During the COVID-19 Pandemic, as an Essential Services Provider, BearCom is reaching out to health institutions and emergency response teams as they work diligently to provide care and service. We’re expediting orders and dispatching communication tools as well as on-site services as quickly as possible. Recent examples include:

• On a recent Saturday, our field technicians worked with a key partner to install a cellular wireless signal booster for the Dallas County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
• Our Rentals Team rushed radios to a food pantry same-day in Colorado to meet increased distribution demands.
• In Northern California, Rentals delivered 6-10 radios each to COVID-19 testing facilities. COVID-19 testing facilities.
• At an Atlanta-based nursing home, BearCom expedited installation of a BDA-DAS signal booster to ensure Public Safety officials remain connected in critical situations.
• BearCom provisioned and delivered 15-20 radios to an Emergency Room in California to help their staff deliver urgent care.
• For a healthcare group in San Diego, BearCom completed two-way sales and rentals deployments for the security department, as well as allowing staff who were isolating to communicate with other groups.
