The BearCom field technicians will install the spare equipment during their visit to ensure the network stays up.
If customers don’t have spares, BearCom can provide rentals. We remove the malfunctioning equipment, take it back to the shop and get it repaired, either on our own bench or through the manufacturer. We’ll also install the rentals and uninstall them when repairs are finished.
