It can start as a simple call logger for a small radio network and grow to work with many control stations and thousands of radios, PDAs, PCs and dispatchers in multiple sites. Allows all of the components to communicate with each other via IP and offers redundancy since no single unit can be the sole point of failure that crashes the entire system. The radio gateway can be used standalone for multiple services, or in conjunction with simple clients or consoles.
