The 16-channel digital EVX-261 is a compact, durable, easy-to-use two-way radio that is excellent for schools, construction, security, facilities management, hospitality, and more. The EVX-261 comes with a powerful 700mW speaker. The EVX-261 offers digital/analog interoperability and direct mode, which enables two communications paths on a single frequency. Additional functionality includes VOX capabilities, channel announcement, emergency alert, and multi-mode scanning options. Digital features include all call/ group call/ private call, dual-capacity direct mode, and privacy. Analog features include MDC1200 ANI encode, 2-Tone and 5-Tone encode and decode (remote stun/kill/revive in 5-tone), CTCSS/DCS encode/decode, and Fleetsync.
