Having established more than 40 branch offices in the United States, BearCom officially entered the Canadian marketplace in December of 2017 with the acquisition of Vector Communications, Ltd. in Grande Prairie, Alberta. In January 2018, the company added Mobile Business Communications to the BearCom family. Having built an impressive career serving this marketplace for Motorola Solutions, Ken brings to BearCom both the experience and leadership needed to achieve our growth plans in Canada.” Ken Notter is 35-year veteran of the wireless industry, and has worked in the Canadian market in multiple roles since 1999. In his last role with Motorola, Ken served as Vice President and Director of Sales, leading the Canadian Channel business, as well as providing system strategy for the North America Channel Team.   With direct accountability for BearCom Canada, Ken will be a valuable resource to the BearCom organization and leadership team. “Ken’s responsibilities will include developing new opportunities that will bring incremental value to BearCom Canada and our partner community, while also helping to deliver and execute on our strategic growth initiatives,” Kroh concluded.
