August 15, 2016, Dallas, TX—BearCom, the nation’s largest provider of wireless communications equipment and solutions, announced today that the BearCom Event Vehicle (BEV) will make its western U.S. debut at the Burning Man Festival in the Black Rock Desert in Northern Nevada in late August. The 26-foot fully-integrated box truck made its inaugural trek in June to the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee.

“It’s safe-to-say that the BEV is state-of-the-art and one of the first fully-customizable, self-contained truck built to run a two-way radio system network,” said BearCom executive vice-president Brent Bisnar. “The BEV is a game-changer for our rental team. It’s perfect for large events, festivals, music and sports venues, almost anywhere that needs a large two-way radio system deployed. We can customize the BEV to the needs of our largest event customers. For instance, we have a customer this month alone that will deploy more than 2,000 two-way radios and two Motorola Capacity Plus Trunked systems, providing more than 64 talk paths.” Unique BEV features:- Deploys a self-contained two-way radio equipment network platform that is customized for each event
