Acquisition expands two-way radio solutions and services throughout the Houston Gulf Coast region
February 9, 2015: Dallas, TX — BearCom Group, Inc., the nation’s largest and pre-eminent provider of two-way wireless communications equipment and solutions, today announced the acquisition of Commercial Wireless Solutions, L.P. (CWS) located in Pasadena, Texas. Since 2001, CWS has served a multitude of two-way radio customers in the industrial and commercial sectors, petrochemical, hospitality, property management, warehousing, transportation, education, hospitals, public safety, and many other organizations in the Houston area. One of CWA’s areas of specialization is installing Bi-directional Amplifiers (BDA) signal boosters in office buildings and industrial plants, as well as manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
